Exchange Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, we encourage you to think about your purchase throughly before committing to buy as all sales are final. In some cases we do allow for an exchange to take place. 

 

EXCHANGES

 

You may be eligible for an exchange within 7 days of your purchase. The items must be in its original condition with tags attached. You may make an exchange for another size, or an other item within the same product category. Meaning if you purchased clothing it has to be another clothing item. The exchange must be for equal or greater value. 

 

EXCHANGE PROCESS

 

To exchange an item, please email customer service at wethedreamers@outlook.com to obtain an Exchange Merchandise Authorization (EMA) number. After receiving an EMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your exchange to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all exchange shipping charges. This includes the shipping fee for mailing your new exchange item. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

 

NEXT STEPS

 

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least five (5) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange. We will notify you by email when your exchange has been processed. The item you're exchanging for will be sent out, & you will receive a tracking number

 

 

EXCEPTIONS    

 

The following items cannot be exchanged:

 

  •     creator products (made my local artisans)  
  •     apothecary  

 

 

 

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange an exchange.

  •        we are no responsible for lost or stolen packages   
  •        While we are as committed as ever to being a part of healthy and active lifestyles, we also understand that we are in unprecedented times. We are doing our best to maintain our shipping schedules, but we anticipate there may be delays in order processing and shipping. Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Due to COVID-19 safety precautions in our warehouse, orders may be delayed.
